I have assisted firsthand with Sweep Balayage Bar's branding, messaging, voice and copy from the beginning. Originally opening a brick-and-mortar store in Boulder, the brand has grown and opened its second location in Denver. 

 

The brand voice is 1970s tres chic French girl with an underlying tone of hospitality laced in every word and phrase. 

 

I created the menu service names—like "Bonjour Blondie," inspired by the French actress Brigitte Bardot—while listening to retro French tunes to get in the writing mood. Today, I assist with marketing campaigns like the 2021 Healthy Hair Challenge and create all web copy.
